Classical Connections
Classical Connections of Louisiana, organized in 2000, by Rebecca Landry is a classical ballet company for the serious ballet student. The main objective of Classical Connections is to show the beauty and magic that only true ballet can give along with training young students to appreciate and understand the art. Company members are taught classic repertoires of the great classics.
Presently under the Artistic Direction of Rebecca Landry, Jade Gauthreaux and Rachel LaValley, the company members are strong in technique and ability. Auditions are held annually.
Jazz Extensions
Jazz Extensions Dance Company, organized in 1981, by Rebecca Landry has a #1 priority and that is to entertain. Since their organization, the group has been attracting fans all over the state.
Presently under the Artistic Direction of Rebecca Landry and Jade Gauthreaux, the 20 strong company members come to the stage with over 100 years of combined dance training. The routines and presentation are choreographed with the utmost attention to give pure pleasure to those in the audience. From the opening of the Cajundome in Lafayette to a Lagcoe Press Party, this troupe is ready to entertain.
Tumbling Team
Gerami Tumbling Team, organized in 1999, is a performing tumbling/acrobat company that is exciting to watch. Whether performing at half time for UL sports or Carnival events, these young tumblers amaze their audience. Capable of flips, twists, and turns, these dancers put a smile on everyone.
