KICK & PUNCH – Great cardio along with trimming hips and thighs to a maximum.  This class is only for the serious.  Watch the inches leave that body!

 

BALLET BUFF – Does Ballet scare you?  Not in this class! We’ve taken the best moves in our Ballet Barre and Center and adapted them into exercises that are easy, classical, and fun.  The Classical music will inspire and strengthen your love of the “art”.  See results and stamina right away!

 

ZUMBA – This 45 minute routine to hot Latin Rhythms is a workout that is calorie burning, body tightening, and just plain fun.  You will experience a total body workout in this exercise class.

 

DRUMMIN’ – Want to play and exercise with drumsticks?  This great workout keeps your body moving and sweating while beating the drumsticks on the floor, in the air, and on a beat!  Thighs, arms, hips, booty, etc. get moving with great music.  We provide the drumsticks.

 

JUMP JIVE ROPE – An old faithful workout to have you in top shape in a few short weeks.  Shed pounds with this cardio workout.  Tone that body while having fun.  Jump Rope required.

 

HULA HOOP – “Fun” is the appeal of this exercise class.  Work your abdominals, torso, arms, etc. with your favorite memories and movements of the hula hoop.  Easy routines to great music for a full body workout.  Class includes warm-up, challenging interval hooping, and cool down.   Hula Hoop required.

 

SPEED EXERCISE – Only have 30 minutes to spare?  This is the class for you.  Cardio along with flexibility in a fast paced class that will have you in and out our door in a short time.  A condensed exercise class with great moves and  power house combinations.

 

FLEXIBILITY FUN – This stretch class is offered to everyone, whether you are a novice or a team member of sports and want to elongate those important muscles.  You have over 600 muscles in your body and they need attention!  Flexibility can improve your overall health and performance in your sport or exercise program.

 

STRENGTH/WEIGHTS – A complete workout with hand weights (we provide) to tone those muscles to produce a lean and healthy body.  No bulk buildup in this class, but, you will see a difference in arms, abs, and thighs.  We take the best from all current exercises on strengthening and weight bearing and combine it into a super-effective program.

 

BASIC YOGO (50+) – The perfect alternative to exercises that leave you frustrated, physically drained, and unhappy.  This gentle and relaxing form of exercise builds strength and releases stress while increasing confidence in your body.  Yoga mat required.

 

**A Class Card can be purchased in our office for 10 or 20 classes.

Prices are $60.00 and $80.00.  A single class is $8.00

We say “Skip the Gym and Hit the Barre”. Does Ballet scare you?......Not in this class. We have taken the best moves in our Ballet curriculum and adapted them into exercises that are easy, classical and fun. The classical music will inspire and strengthen your love of the Art. Get long lean arms, a tight core, and a toned backside.
